Fully Furnished Version: 
Furnished as pictured. The 3rd bedroom is not pictured, but it's minimally furnished with items from the IKEA stuff pack. 

Unfurnished version:
Has the same architectural details (doors, windows, stairs, fences, etc.), landscaping, kitchen and bathrooms as the furnished version.

This lot was shrunk with the Mootildas Lot Adjuster, and can be used in a rowhouse configuration. If you want to make this a stand-alone lot delete the 1-tile dummy walls on either side of the house with the sledge hammer tool. If you make a mistake, press "undo." You will not be able to rebuild walls at the edge of the lot.
