The "Mouche"
In order to soften eyes, to adorn face... or simulate a beauty spot on your Sims. 

The "mouche" was a beauty and fashion prop during the Baroque period (XVIIth & XVIIIth centuries) in France : this is a little spot of black velvet that people put on their skin in order to bring out its whiteness and its glow.

The "mouche" was named and had an especial meaning according to its spot on the face. (on the nose, on the forehead...)
